Delete Clause 13 and insert the words: This Agreement, and any non‑contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Frankfurt am Main, Federal Republic of Germany, shall have non‑exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement, and any non‑contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with it, and each party irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such German courts.
