Common use of Judicial Actions Clause in Contracts

Judicial Actions. Issuance of a notice of Lien, levy, assessment, injunction or attachment (a) against any Loan Party’s Inventory or Receivables or (b) against a material portion of any Loan Party’s other property which is not stayed or lifted within thirty (30) days;
