Judgments Rendered. Licensee shall promptly pay any judgment rendered against Licensee Parties or College Parties covering such claims, liens, damages, penalties, obligations and liabilities arising out of or in connection with such use of and operations at the Property including the License Area referred to herein and agrees to save and hold College Parties harmless therefrom.
Judgments Rendered. City shall promptly pay any judgment rendered against City Parties or District Parties covering such claims, liens, damages, penalties, obligations and liabilities caused by the City’s use of and operations at the Property including the Facilities referred to herein and agrees to save and hold District Parties harmless therefrom.
Judgments Rendered. PURCHASER shall promptly pay any judgment rendered against PURCHASER or DISTRICT covering such claims, liens, damages, penalties, obligations and liabilities arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or any amendment thereto, and PURCHASER shall promptly pay any judgment rendered against PURCHASER or DISTRICT covering such claims, liens, damages, penalties, obligations and liabilities arising out of or in connection with any access of DISTRICT property or use or removal of the BUILDING referred to herein and agrees to save and hold DISTRICT harmless therefrom.

LICENSEE shall promptly pay any judgment rendered against LICENSEE or LICENSOR covering such claims, liens, damages, penalties, obligations and liabilities arising out of or in connection with such use of and operations at the School Site including the Facilities referred to herein and agrees to save and hold LICENSOR harmless therefrom.
