Common use of Judgment Clause in Contracts

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 shall be rendered against Seller or any of their Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 1,000,000 in the aggregate shall be rendered against the Seller or any of their its Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) 30 days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 1 million shall be rendered against Seller Seller, Guarantor or any of their Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) 30 days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 in the aggregate shall be rendered against the Seller or any of their its Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) 30 days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. (1) A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 shall be rendered against the Seller or any of their Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) 30 days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 20,000,000 in the aggregate shall be rendered against any Seller or any of their its Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) 30 days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 5,000,000 in the aggregate shall be rendered against the Seller or any of their its Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) 30 days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 shall be rendered against Seller Borrower, Guarantor or any of their Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) 30 days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final non-appealable judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 1,000,000 in the aggregate shall be rendered against any Seller or any of their Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 the Judgment Threshold shall be rendered against any Seller or any of their its Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 shall be rendered against Seller Seller, Guarantor or any of their Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 1,000,000 in the aggregate shall be rendered against the Seller or any of their Affiliates Guarantor by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) 30 days from after the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 10 million in the aggregate shall be rendered against the Seller or any of their Affiliates the Guarantor by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) 30 days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of one million dollars ($10,000,000 1,000,000) shall be rendered against Seller Seller, Guarantor or any of their Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) days from the date of entry thereof.;

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 shall be rendered against Seller or any of their Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction jurisdiction, and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 the Judgment Threshold shall be rendered against any Seller or any of their its Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) 30 days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments (i) shall be rendered against the Seller or (ii) for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 2,500,000 individually or $5,000,000 in the aggregate shall be rendered against the Seller or any of their Affiliates Guarantor, in each case, by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) 30 days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 shall be rendered against Seller the Repo Seller, the Repo Guarantor or any of their Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 1,000,000 in the aggregate shall be rendered against Seller any Seller, Guarantor, Servicer or any of their respective Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) 30 days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 the Judgment Threshold shall be rendered against the Seller or any of their its Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, in each case within thirty (30) days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 5 million shall be rendered against Seller Seller, Underlying Repurchase Counterparty, Guarantor or any of their Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) 30 days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 [***] shall be rendered against Seller or any of their its Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of (a) $10,000,000 10 million in the aggregate shall be rendered against any Seller or any of their its Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) 45 days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 1 million shall be rendered against Seller Seller, a Guarantor or any of their Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) 30 days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 500,000 in the aggregate shall be rendered against the Seller or any of their its Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) 30 days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of in any one instance, $10,000,000 1,000,000, or in an aggregate amount greater than $3,000,000 shall be rendered against the Seller or any of their its Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) 30 days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 shall be rendered against either Seller or any of their Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 750,000 in the aggregate shall be rendered against the Seller or any of their its Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) 30 days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 1,000,000 in the aggregate shall be rendered against Seller the Seller, Underlying Repurchase Counterparty or any of their Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) 30 days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 in the aggregate shall be rendered against Seller the Seller, Underlying Repurchase Counterparty or any of their Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) 30 days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. A final judgment or judgments for the payment of money in excess of $10,000,000 the Judgment Threshold shall be rendered against any Seller or any of their its Affiliates by one or more courts, administrative tribunals or other bodies having jurisdiction and the same shall not be satisfied, discharged (or provision shall not be made for such discharge) or bonded, or a stay of execution thereof shall not be procured, within thirty (30) [***] days from the date of entry thereof.

Judgment. Judgment.
