A judgment or order for the payment of money or for an injunction or other non-monetary relief shall be entered against the Borrower, any other Loan Party, Realty Income or any other Subsidiary Subsidiary, by any court or other tribunal and (i) such judgment or order shall continue for a period of thirty (30) 60 days without being paid, paid stayed or dismissed through appropriate appellate proceedings and (ii) either (A) the amount of such judgment or order for which insurance has not been acknowledged in writing by the applicable insurance carrier (or the amount as to which the insurer has denied liability) exceeds, individually or together with all other such outstanding judgments or orders entered against the Loan Parties or any other SubsidiaryBorrower, Realty Income and all Subsidiaries, $125,000,000 20,000,000 or (B) in the case of an injunction or other non-monetary relief, such injunction or such judgment or order could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
