Common use of Judgment or Order for Payment of Money Clause in Contracts

Judgment or Order for Payment of Money. Borrower shall fail to satisfy or comply with any judgment or order for the payment of money, which sum shall not be subject to full, complete and effective insurance coverage, shall be rendered against the Borrower and either (i) enforcement proceedings shall have been commenced by any creditor upon that judgment or order or (ii) there shall be any period of 30 consecutive days during which a stay of enforcement of that judgment or order, by reason of a pending appeal or otherwise, shall not be in effect.
