Judgment Costs. Judgment upon any award rendered by the arbitrators may be entered in any court having competent jurisdiction. The arbitrators shall have the power to award the prevailing party in any arbitration (as determined by the arbitrators) its costs and expenses incurred in connection with the arbitration, including without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, the fees of each arbitrator and the administrative costs of the arbitration.
Judgment Costs. Should Lessor, without fault on ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s part, be made a party to any litigation instituted against ▇▇▇▇▇▇, Lessee covenants to pay or reimburse to Lessor for the amount of any judgment rendered against Lessor and all reasonable costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred by Lessor in connection with such litigation.
Judgment Costs. Should Landlord, without fault on Landlord’s part, be made a party to any litigation instituted by or against Tenant, or by or against any person holding the Property by license of Tenant, or for foreclosure of any lien for labor or material furnished to or for Tenant, or any such person, or otherwise arising out of or resulting from any act or transaction of Tenant, or of any such person, Tenant covenants to pay to Landlord, the amount of any judgment rendered against Landlord or the Property or any part thereof, and all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by Landlord in connection with such litigation.
Judgment Costs. In any suit or proceeding between the Parties relating to these Evaluation Terms, the prevailing Party will have the right to recover from the other its costs and reasonable fees and expenses of attorneys, and other relevant professionals incurred in connection with the suit or proceeding, including costs, fees and expenses upon appeal, separately from and in addition to any other amount included in such judgment. This provision is intended to be severable from the other provisions of these Evaluation Terms and will survive and not be merged into any such judgment.

  • Enforcement Costs The Borrower shall, within three Business Days of demand, pay to each Finance Party the amount of all costs and expenses (including legal fees) incurred by that Finance Party in connection with the enforcement of, or the preservation of any rights under, any Finance Document.

  • Enforcement Expenses The Maker agrees to pay all costs and expenses of enforcement of this Note, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses.
