Judgement. Upon the conclusion of any arbitration proceedings, --------- hereunder, the arbitrators shall render findings of fact and conclusions of law and a written opinion setting forth the basis and reasons for any decision reached by them and shall deliver such documents to each party to the Agreement along with a signed copy of the award.
