Common use of Joint Planning Clause in Contracts

Joint Planning. Joint planning between BellSouth and DSLi will commence within a maximum of twenty (20) calendar days from BellSouth's receipt of a Bona Fide Firm Order. BellSouth will provide the preliminary design of the Collocation Space and the equipment configuration requirements as reflected in the Bona Fide Application and Version 3Q01: 10/22/01 affirmed in the Bona Fide Firm Order. The Collocation Space completion time period will be provided to DSLi during joint planning.
