Joint Planning. Joint planning between BellSouth and ALEC Inc., will commence within a maximum of twenty (20) calendar days from BellSouth's receipt of a Bona Fide Firm Order. BellSouth will provide the preliminary design of the Collocation Space and the equipment configuration requirements as reflected in the Bona Fide Application and affirmed in the Bona Fide Firm Order. The Collocation Space completion time period will be provided to ALEC Inc., during joint planning.
