Joint Launch Plan. Promptly following the Effective Date. Mascoma and ICM will work together to develop a written plan which will define the work to be performed by the Parties hereunder, including details of the target plants for conversion and timing thereof and an associated budget for such activities (the “Joint Launch Plan”). The initial Joint Launch Plan will be based on the information set forth in Appendix A, attached hereto. The Joint Launch Plan and milestones contained therein will be reviewed, modified, and updated, as necessary, on an ongoing basis as mutually agreed between the Parties. ICM agrees not to collaborate with or support any third party in the development of Corn CBP during the Term of this Agreement.
