Joint Development of Project Sample Clauses

Joint Development of Project. Buda and GBRA agree to jointly pursue development of the Project. Immediately following execution of this Memorandum of Understanding, Buda and GBRA will pursue development of the necessary detailed agreements (the “Project Agreement(s)”) between themselves and other participating entities in the Project area. Project initiation will commence following execution by all necessary parties of the Project Agreement(s). The Project Agreement(s) shall provide for a Project Management Committee.
