Joint Development Cost Records Sample Clauses

The Joint Development Cost Records clause establishes the requirement for both parties involved in a joint development project to maintain accurate and detailed records of all costs incurred. Typically, this involves keeping comprehensive documentation of expenses such as materials, labor, and third-party services, and may include provisions for regular audits or sharing of records between the parties. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and accountability in cost management, thereby preventing disputes over financial contributions and enabling fair allocation of development expenses.
