Joint Creditors Sample Clauses

The Joint Creditors clause defines how obligations or rights are handled when multiple creditors are involved in a contract. Typically, this clause clarifies whether the creditors must act together or if each can enforce the contract independently, and it may specify how payments or notices are to be distributed among them. Its core function is to prevent confusion or disputes by clearly outlining the relationship and responsibilities between joint creditors, ensuring that all parties understand how their collective or individual rights are exercised.
