Common use of Joint Agreement Administration Group Composition Clause in Contracts

Joint Agreement Administration Group Composition. (a) The Joint Agreement Administration Group shall continue under this Agreement to provide oversight of the implementation and administration of this Agreement, the Physician Master Subsidiary Agreements and the 2019 Benefits Administration Agreement, and to manage the dispute resolution provisions of this Agreement, the Physician Master Subsidiary Agreements and Local Contracts, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
