Common use of Joinder as a Guarantor Clause in Contracts

Joinder as a Guarantor. (a) Pursuant to Section 6.12 of the Credit Agreement, the New Guarantor hereby agrees to become a “Guarantor” for all purposes of the Credit Agreement and other Loan Documents, with the same force and effect as if it had been a signatory to such Loan Documents on the execution dates of the Credit Agreement and other Loan Documents.
