Common use of Job Records and Documentation Clause in Contracts

Job Records and Documentation. The CMF shall establish and maintain project files of records and technical documentation including but not limited to, design plans, drawings, specifications, shop drawings, samples, accounting records, contracts, change orders, correspondence, tests and inspections, and safety records; and provide a system of retrieving data quickly. The CMF shall make all records available to the Owner and upon completion of the project shall deliver them to the Owner.
