Job Descriptions and Testing/Re-Testing. A current job description shall be maintained for each secretarial employee and vacant position. A current employee seeking a transfer or reassignment to a different position requiring the use of the same skills as their current job shall not be unreasonably required to be re-tested to demonstrate their possession of the minimum qualifications for the position.
