Common use of JDSU Requested Changes Clause in Contracts

JDSU Requested Changes. JDSU may, at JDSU’s cost, by written notice to Supplier, amend JDSU drawings or designs, or the Specifications, at any time prior to the manufacture of the affected Products and provided JDSU pays to Supplier any reasonable non-recurring charges, if any, and/or revised Prices for such Products, as mutually agreed by the parties in writing. Supplier shall implement such amendment within a period of time as mutually agreed by the parties. Where the change is required to bring Products into compliance with applicable laws, statutes, regulations, codes, standards or other requirements, Supplier shall, at a mutually agreed upon cost, implement the amendment as soon as possible.
