iWATCH Training. The contractor and all associated subcontractors shall brief all employees on the local iWATCH program (training standards provided by the requiring activity Anti-Terrorism Officer (ATO). This local developed training shall be used to inform employees of the types of behavior to watch for and instruct employees to report suspicious activity to the COR and OSCOR. This training shall be completed within thirty (30) calendar days of contract award and within thirty (30) calendar days of new employees commencing performance with the results reported to the COR and OSCOR no later than thirty (30) calendar days after contract award.

This training shall be completed within 30 calendar days of contract award and within 30 calendar days of new employees commencing performance with the results reported to Xxxxx’s Authorized Procurement Representative 10 calendar days after contract award.

New employees shall complete training and submit results to the COR before commencing work under the contract.
iWATCH Training. If a Project Task Assignment requires Project Agreement Awardee employees to have an area of performance within a DoD installation, facility or area, all of the employees of Project Agreement Awardee and all associated sub-contractors shall be briefed on the local iWATCH program (training standards provided by the requiring activity ATO). This locally developed training will be used to inform employees of the types of behavior to watch for and to instruct employees to report suspicious activity to the AOR. This training shall be completed within 30 calendar days of Project Task Assignment award and within 30 calendar days of new employees commencing performance with the results reported to the AOR NLT 15 calendar days after contract award.

This training shall be completed within 30 calendar days of contract award and within 15 calendar days of new employees commencing performance with the results reported to the COR within 10 calendar days after completion of training by all employees and subcontractor personnel IAW Deliverable A003.

  • Technical Training 3.1 Party A agrees hereby to provide the following training service to party B and its staffs:

  • Job Training The Employer and the Union shall establish a Joint Committee on Training and Skill Upgrading for the following purposes:

  • First Aid Training a) The Employer will encourage employees to take first-aid and refresher courses and for this purpose will assume the cost of first-aid training. Employees selected by the Employer for first-aid training shall be granted time off without loss of pay.

  • Maintenance Training 16.8.1 The Seller will provide maintenance training for the Buyer’s ground personnel as further set forth in Appendix A to this Clause 16. The available courses will be as listed in the Seller’s Customer Services Catalog current at the time of the course. The practical training provided in the frame of maintenance training will be performed on the training devices in use in the Seller’s Training Centers.

  • Staff Training VENDOR shall ensure that all staff providing direct Services receive continuing education and training as needed or required and that such education and training is documented.

  • Safety Training Pursuant to Missouri Revised Statute Section 292.675, Contractors and subcontractors who sign a contract to work on public works projects must provide a 10-hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project. Contractors and subcontractors in violation of this provision will forfeit to the public body $2,500 plus $100 a day for each employee who is employed without training. Public bodies and contractors may withhold/assess these penalties from the payment due to those contractors and subcontractors if found to be in non-compliance.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Customer Support and Training System Agency will provide support for the CMBHS, including problem tracking and problem resolution. System Agency will provide telephone numbers for Grantees to obtain access to expert assistance for CMBHS-related problem resolution. System Agency will provide initial CMBHS training. Grantee shall provide subsequent ongoing end-user training.

  • Trainings iv. Appointment of any length involving two (2) or more Consumers who might need to split up to join different trainings, group discussions, etc.

  • Required Training For training that is required by the Agency, manager or supervisor, the Agency shall reimburse one hundred percent (100%) of all related necessary and legitimate expenses, including but not limited to tuition, books, travel expenses, travel time, and attendance time. When practical, the Agency will attempt to adjust the employee’s hours if the approved training activity is scheduled during the employee’s normal work hours.
