ITOPF. Owner warrants that it is a member of the International Tanker Owner’s Pollution Federation (“ITOPF”) and that Owner will retain such membership during the term of this Charter. Owner further warrants that the Vessels shall be in full compliance with the 1992 Civil Liability Convention (CLC) and the 1992 Fund Convention during the term of this Charter.
