Common use of Itinerary Changes Clause in Contracts

Itinerary Changes. i. In the event that any person or persons, other than the Client, attempt to change or alter the event itinerary, Crossroads Entertainment reserves the right to deny any such changes. Only the Client or an authorized representative designated by the Client shall have the authority to make changes to the event itinerary. Crossroads Entertainment personnel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes requested by the Client or their authorized representative, provided that such changes do not conflict with prior agreements.
