Items Specially Allocated Clause Samples

The "Items Specially Allocated" clause designates specific goods, assets, or responsibilities to particular parties within a contract. This clause typically lists or references items that are to be set aside or assigned exclusively to one party, such as certain pieces of equipment, inventory, or intellectual property. By clearly identifying these allocations, the clause helps prevent disputes over ownership or usage rights and ensures that each party understands their entitlements or obligations regarding the specially allocated items.
