Prior to the beginning of every calendar year, the Distributor or the Publisher will provide the Licensee with the current itemized holdings report that will specify the titles included in the Licensed Materials for the next Subscription Period (as specified in Section 9.3 of this Agreement). The Distributor shall ensure that the Publisher will use reasonable efforts to update itemized holdings reports as soon as is practicable when the holdings information changes, and will provide this information to the Discovery Service System in a timely manner and to the Licensee on request.
