Common use of Itemization Clause in Contracts

Itemization. If the Company chooses to designate that portion of a Subscriber’s ▇▇▇▇ attributable to the amount of any compensation payment to be made by the Company or any other Person (including payments made on behalf of any other Person for whose Services the Company bills Subscribers) to the District pursuant to this Agreement, it shall do so in a manner that does not mischaracterize the nature of such compensation payment and is consistent with applicable law. Not less than thirty (30) days prior to mailing a ▇▇▇▇ containing such a designation (or a modification thereof) for the first time, the Company shall submit to OCTT a sample ▇▇▇▇ showing the proposed contents of such designation. The Company shall consider any comments received from OCTT on the sample ▇▇▇▇.
