Item Quality. Items deposited using the Mobile Deposit service must be legible, and must be of sufficient quality to create an image that satisfies all applicable requirements under Regulation CC, this Agreement, and any other written standards that Credit Union provides to Member.

Items deposited using the Remote Deposit service must be legible, and must be of sufficient quality to create an image that satisfies all applicable requirements under Federal Reserve Regulation CC, Federal Reserve Operating Circular No. 3, this Agreement, and any other written standards that Credit Union provides to Member.
