Common use of Item 2 Clause in Contracts

Item 2. The members of the Union’s bargaining committee limited to two (2) bargaining unit employees who are scheduled to work a tour of duty during collective bargaining negotiations shall be granted reasonable time without loss of pay or benefits for all meetings between the City, its agents or representatives and the Union for the purpose of the Contract or any supplement thereto.

The members of the Union’s bargaining committee limited to two one (21) bargaining unit employees who are scheduled to work a tour of duty during collective bargaining negotiations shall be granted reasonable time without loss of pay or benefits for all meetings between the City, its agents or representatives and the Union for the purpose of the Contract or any supplement thereto.
