IT Procurement. Service Provider shall supply only the servers, devices, and software specified in the SOW, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Client shall pay any fees associated with the repair, modification or adjustment of its End Points, servers, or other aspects of Client’s IT infrastructure as is necessary in order for Service Provider to implement the procured technologies and provide Managed IT Services.
