End Points Sample Clauses
End Points. Service Provider shall manage and support Client’s End Point workstations and devices (“End Points”), set forth in the SOW, as follows:
End Points. Provision of End Points
6.1 End Points may be provided by Us as an inclusive part of the Service, purchased from Us (whether under this Agreement or otherwise) or supplied directly by You, in each case as detailed in the Service Particulars.
6.2 Where We provide any End Points as an inclusive part of the Service, such End Points shall be deemed Equipment for the purposes of the Agreement and shall remain Our property at all times, both during and after the Minimum Period.
6.3 Where You elect to purchase any End Points from Us pursuant to this Agreement, such End Points shall be deemed Purchased Equipment for the purposes of the Agreement. These Special Terms do not cover the purchase of such End Points, please see the relevant separate Special Terms and Service Level Agreements that apply to Purchased Equipment.
6.4 Where End Points are either provided directly by You (or any third party) or purchased from Us subject to a separate purchase agreement, such End Points shall be deemed Customer Apparatus for the purposes of this Agreement and all terms within the Agreement applicable to Customer Apparatus shall apply in respect thereof.
6.5 If you damage any End Point You must replace it at Your cost. Suitability of End Points
6.6 You are responsible for making sure the End Points are suitable for your needs. Any materials, reports, documentation, findings, or other information We may provide regarding any End Point(s) is provided for information only. All samples, materials and advertising issued or published by Us and any descriptions or illustrations contained in Our catalogues, brochures, Product Description or technical specification issued or published by Us are subject to change.
6.7 Save as set out in this paragraph 6.7, We shall have no liability to You regarding:
6.7.1 the suitability or otherwise of any End Point for or with the Service, your requirements, any Customer Infrastructure or any other product or service; or
6.7.2 any interruption, disruption or failure of the End Point(s), Customer Infrastructure or Service caused by any incompatibility or unsuitability of any End Point. Notwithstanding paragraph 6.7.2 above, where any interruption, disruption or failure of the Service is solely and exclusively caused by any incompatibility or fault with any Purchased Equipment (including but not limited to the Purchased Equipment is unable to manage, collect or transmit data to the IoT Service or a Gateway being unable to connect to an End Point), Our s...
End Points. Customer acknowledges and agrees to its obligation hereunder to protect all end points using generally accepted security measures, including without limitation: effective passwords; network segmentation and access restrictions utilizing a current access control list; session time-out or locking screen saver features; and an effective firewall for all networks to or through which any end point might connect. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THESE REQUIREMENTS APPLY TO IP DESK PHONES, WHICH UTILIZE THE SAME CONNECTIVITY AS COMPUTERS, WITH THE SAME ATTENDANT SECURITY RISKS.
