Issuing Replacement Cards.. ▪ If a customer’s card becomes defective or unusable, a replacement card can be requested through the VeriFone. This function does not allow you to add authorized users on accounts. Once processed, the customer will receive their replacement card within 7 to 10 days. See Appendix A for VeriFone input.
