Common use of ISSUE OF REPLACEMENT NOTES, RECEIPTS, COUPONS AND TALONS Clause in Contracts

ISSUE OF REPLACEMENT NOTES, RECEIPTS, COUPONS AND TALONS. (1) The Issuers will cause a sufficient quantity of additional forms of Notes, Receipts, Coupons and Talons to be available, upon request to the Agent in Luxembourg (in such capacity, the "Replacement Agent") at its specified office for the purpose of issuing replacement Notes, Receipts, Coupons and Talons as provided below.

(1) The Issuers Corporation will cause a sufficient quantity of additional forms of Notes, Receipts, Coupons and Talons to be available, upon request to the Agent in Luxembourg (in such capacity, the "Replacement Agent") at its specified office for the purpose of issuing replacement Notes, Receipts, Coupons and Talons as provided below.
