Common use of ISSUE OF REPLACEMENT NOTES, RECEIPTS, COUPONS AND TALONS Clause in Contracts

ISSUE OF REPLACEMENT NOTES, RECEIPTS, COUPONS AND TALONS. (1) The Issuers will cause a sufficient quantity of additional forms of (a) Bearer Notes, Receipts, Coupons and Talons to be available, upon request, to the Agent at its specified office for the purpose of issuing replacement Bearer Notes, Receipts, Coupons and Talons as provided below and (b) Registered Notes, to be available, upon request, to the Registrar at its specified office for the purpose of issuing replacement Registered Notes as provided below.

ISSUE OF REPLACEMENT NOTES, RECEIPTS, COUPONS AND TALONS. (1) The Issuers 16.1 Each Issuer will cause a sufficient quantity of additional forms of (a) Bearer Notes, Receipts, Coupons and Talons to be available, upon request, to the Principal Paying Agent at its specified office for the purpose of issuing replacement Bearer Notes, Receipts, Coupons and Talons as provided below and (b) Registered Notes, to be available, upon request, to the Registrar at its specified office for the purpose of issuing replacement Registered Notes as provided below.

(1) 17.1 The Issuers Issuer will cause a sufficient quantity of additional forms of (a) Bearer Notes, Receipts, Coupons and Talons to be available, upon request, to the Principal Paying Agent at its specified office for the purpose of issuing replacement Bearer Notes, Receipts, Coupons and Talons as provided below and (b) Registered Notes, to be available, upon request, to the Registrar at its specified office for the purpose of issuing replacement Registered Notes as provided below.

(1) 16.1 The Issuers Issuer will cause a sufficient quantity of additional forms of of: (a) Bearer Notes, Receipts, Coupons and Talons to be available, upon request, to the Principal Paying Agent at its specified office for the purpose of issuing replacement Bearer Notes, Receipts, Coupons and Talons as provided below below; and (b) Registered Notes, to be available, upon request, to the Registrar at its specified office for the purpose of issuing replacement Registered Notes as provided below.

(1) 15.1 The Issuers Issuer and the Guarantor will cause a sufficient quantity of additional forms of of: (a) Bearer Notes, Receipts, Coupons and Talons to be available, upon request, to the Fiscal Agent at its specified office for the purpose of issuing replacement Bearer Notes, Receipts, Coupons and Talons as provided below below; and (b) Registered Notes, to be available, upon request, to the Registrar at its specified office for the purpose of issuing replacement Registered Notes as provided below.
