Issue Management Processes. (a) Issue management will follow a defined process with appropriate issues escalated to PMO. (b) PMO or operational meeting issues which are HAPSMobile's responsibility should be resolved by the designated due dates. If HAPSMobile in-charge person cannot resolve the issue, it should be escalated to a higher level in a timely manner so as not to jeopardize the overall project schedule, quality and cost. (c) AV and HAPSMobile will undertake the following activities in cooperation: i. Collection of issues ii. Making issue management materials
