Issue in substitution for Lost Warrants. Section 2.2 In case this Warrant Certificate will become mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen, the Company in its discretion may issue and deliver a new Warrant Certificate(s) of like date and tenor as the one mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen in exchange for, and in place of, and upon cancellation of, such mutilated Warrant Certificate, or in lieu of and in substitution for such lost, destroyed or stolen Warrant Certificate, and the Warrants represented by such substituted Warrant Certificate(s) will be entitled to the benefit hereof and rank equally in accordance with its terms with all other Warrants of the same issue. The Company may charge a reasonable fee for the issuance and delivery of a new Warrant Certificate(s).
