Issue in substitution for Lost Warrants. (a) In case a Warrant becomes mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen, the Company, at its discretion, may issue and deliver a new Warrant of like date and tenor as the one mutilated, lost, destroyed or stolen, in exchange for and in place of and upon cancellation of such mutilated Warrant, or in lieu of, and in substitution for such lost, destroyed or stolen Warrant and the substituted Warrant will be entitled to the benefit hereof and rank equally in accordance with its terms with all other Warrants issued or to be issued by the Company.

Issue in substitution for Lost Warrants. Upon receipt of evidence satisfactory to the Corporation of the loss, theft, destruction or mutilation of any Warrant Certificate and, in the case of loss, theft or destruction, upon receipt of indemnity or security in an amount and form satisfactory to the Corporation, acting reasonably, or, in the case of mutilation, upon surrender and cancellation of such Warrant Certificate, the Corporation will make and deliver, in lieu of such lost, stolen, destroyed or mutilated Warrant Certificate, a new Warrant Certificate of like tenor and representing the same number of Warrants. The Warrantholder shall pay the reasonable charges of the Corporation in connection with any such replacement.
