Common use of Issuance Taxes Clause in Contracts

Issuance Taxes. All taxes imposed on Borrower in connection with the issuance, sale and delivery of the Note, the Warrant and the capital stock issuable upon exercise of the Warrant have been or will be fully paid, and all laws imposing such taxes have been or will be fully satisfied by Borrower.

Issuance Taxes. All taxes imposed on any Borrower in connection with the issuance, sale and delivery of the Note, the Warrant and the capital stock issuable upon exercise of the Warrant have been or will be fully paid, and all laws imposing such taxes have been or will be fully satisfied by BorrowerBorrowers.

All taxes imposed on Borrower in connection with the issuance, sale and delivery of the Note, the Warrant and the capital stock issuable or transferable upon exercise conversion of the Warrant Note have been or will be fully paid, and all laws imposing such taxes have been or will be fully satisfied by Borrower.

Issuance Taxes. All taxes imposed on Borrower in connection with the issuance, sale and delivery of the Note, the Warrant and the capital stock membership interest units issuable upon exercise of the Warrant have been or will be fully paid, and all laws imposing such taxes have been or will be fully satisfied by Borrower.
