Common use of Issuance of Stock Clause in Contracts

Issuance of Stock. (a) Subject to determination of attainment levels by the Committee or pursuant to Section 2(b) upon an Acquisition, each vested Restricted Stock Unit entitles Awardee to receive one share of Stock.
