Common use of Issuance of Class R Certificates Clause in Contracts

Issuance of Class R Certificates. The Trustee acknowledges the assignment to it of the REMIC I Regular Interests and, concurrently therewith and in exchange therefor, pursuant to the written request of the Depositor executed by an officer of the Depositor or the Trustee has executed, authenticated and delivered to or upon the order of the Depositor, the Class R Certificates in authorized denominations. The interests evidenced by the Class R Certificates, together with the REMIC I Regular Interests, the REMIC II Regular Interests and the REMIC III Certificates, constitute the entire beneficial ownership interest in REMIC I, REMIC II and REMIC III.
