Common use of ISPS Code compliance Clause in Contracts

ISPS Code compliance. The Borrower will: (a) for the duration of the Facility Period comply with the ISPS Code in relation to the Vessel and procure that the Vessel and the ISPS Company comply with the ISPS Code; (b) maintain a valid and current ISSC for the Vessel throughout the Facility Period and provide a copy to the Lender; and (c) immediately notify the Lender in writing of any actual or threatened withdrawal, suspension, cancellation or modification of the ISSC.

ISPS Code compliance. The Each Borrower will: (a) for the duration of the Facility Period comply with the ISPS Code in relation to the its Vessel and procure that the its Vessel and the ISPS Company comply with the ISPS Code; (b) maintain a valid and current ISSC for the its Vessel throughout the Facility Period and provide a copy to the LenderAgent; and (c) immediately notify the Lender Agent in writing of any actual or threatened withdrawal, suspension, cancellation or modification of the ISSCISSC of its Vessel.

The Each Borrower will: (a) for the duration of the Facility Period comply with the ISPS Code in relation to the its Borrower’s Vessel and procure that the its Borrower’s Vessel and the ISPS Company comply with the ISPS Code; (b) maintain a valid and current ISSC for the its Borrower’s Vessel throughout the Facility Period and provide a copy to the LenderAgent; and (c) immediately notify the Lender Agent in writing of any actual or threatened withdrawal, suspension, cancellation or modification of the ISSCISSC of its Borrower’s Vessel.

The Borrower will:will:- (a) for the duration of the Facility Period comply with the ISPS Code in relation to each of the Vessel Vessels and procure that each of the Vessel Vessels and the ISPS Company comply with the ISPS Code; (b) maintain a valid and current ISSC for each of the Vessel Vessels throughout the Facility Period and provide a copy to the LenderAgent; and (c) immediately promptly notify the Lender Agent in writing of any actual or threatened withdrawal, suspension, cancellation or modification of the ISSC, PROVIDED ALWAYS that the provisions of this Clause only apply to Vessel B following its Delivery.
