ISPS Code compliance. The Borrower will:
ISPS Code compliance and will procure that the Manager or any Operator will:
ISPS Code compliance. In respect of each Vessel, from the Delivery Date in respect of that Vessel, the Borrower is in full compliance with the ISPS Code in respect of that Vessel.
ISPS Code compliance. (i) evidence satisfactory to the Lender that the Vessel is subject to a ship security plan which complies with the ISPS Code (such as proof that a security plan has been submitted to the recognized organisation for approval); and
ISPS Code compliance. On the Delivery Date the Owner and the Manager is in compliance in all material respects with all of the mandatory requirements of the ISPS Code in respect of the Vessel.
ISPS Code compliance and will procure that the relevant Manager or any Operator will, with effect from the Delivery Date of a Ship and at all times thereafter:
ISPS Code compliance. On each Delivery Date, each Owner and the Bareboat Charterer is in full compliance with the ISPS Code in respect of its Vessel.
ISPS Code compliance. The Owner, the Manager and any other relevant entity, are in compliance in all material respects with all of the mandatory requirements of the ISPS Code in respect of the Vessel.
ISPS Code compliance. 8.1 Compliance with the provisions of this clause 8 is required to comply with the ISPS Code.
ISPS Code compliance. On the Delivery Date the Owner and the Manager are, and on the occurrence of the Petrobras Charter Novation the Bareboat Charterer will be, in compliance in all material respects with all of the mandatory requirements of the ISPS Code in respect of the Vessel.
