Common use of ISPS Code compliance Clause in Contracts

ISPS Code compliance. and will procure that the relevant Manager(s) or any Operator will, with effect from the Delivery Date for a Ship and at all times thereafter: (a) maintain at all times a valid and current ISSC in respect of that Ship; and (b) immediately notify the Agent in writing of any suspension, cancellation or modification of the ISSC in respect of a Ship;

ISPS Code compliance. and will procure that the relevant Manager(s) Manager or any Operator will, with effect on and from the Delivery Date for a Ship and at all times thereafterdate of this Agreement: (a) maintain at all times a valid and current ISSC in respect of that the Ship; and; (b) immediately notify the Agent Bank in writing of any actual or threatened withdrawal, suspension, cancellation or modification of the ISSC in respect of a the Ship;; and (c) procure that the Ship will comply at all times with the ISPS Code; and

ISPS Code compliance. and will procure that the relevant Manager(s) Manager or any Operator will, with effect from the Delivery Date for of a Ship and at all times thereafter: (a) maintain at all times a valid and current ISSC in respect of that Ship; and; (b) immediately notify the Agent in writing of any actual or threatened withdrawal, suspension, cancellation or modification of the ISSC in respect of a Ship; and (c) procure that each Ship will comply at all times with the ISPS Code;

ISPS Code compliance. and will procure that the relevant Manager(s) Manager or any Operator will, with effect from the Delivery Date for a Ship and at all times thereafter: (a) maintain at all times a valid and current ISSC in respect of that each Ship; and; (b) immediately notify the Agent in writing of any actual or threatened withdrawal, suspension, cancellation or modification of the ISSC in respect of a each Ship; and (c) procure that each Ship and any other vessel of the Group will comply at all times with the ISPS Code;

ISPS Code compliance. and will procure that the relevant Manager(s) or any each Manager, each Operator and each other Owner will, with effect from the Delivery Date for a Ship and at all times thereafter: (a) maintain at all times on and after Delivery of the relevant Ship a valid and current ISSC in respect of that such Ship; and; (b) immediately notify the Facility Agent in writing of any actual or threatened withdrawal, suspension, cancellation or modification of the ISSC in respect of a the relevant Ship; and (c) procure that the relevant Ship will comply at all times after Delivery of such Ship with the ISPS Code;

ISPS Code compliance. and will procure that the relevant Manager(s) or any Operator will, with effect from the Delivery Date for a Ship and at all times thereafter: (a) maintain at all times a valid and current ISSC in respect of that Ship; and; (b) immediately notify the Agent in writing of any actual or threatened withdrawal, suspension, cancellation or modification of the ISSC in respect of a Ship; and (c) procure that each Ship, its security system and its associated security equipment will comply with the ISPS Code;

ISPS Code compliance. and will procure that the relevant Manager(s) Technical Manager or any Operator will, with effect from the Delivery Date for a Ship and at all times thereafter: (a) maintain at all times a valid and current ISSC in respect of that Ship; andthe Vessel; (b) immediately notify the Agent in writing of any actual or threatened withdrawal, suspension, cancellation or modification of the ISSC in respect of a Shipthe Vessel; and (c) procure that the Vessel will comply at all times with the ISPS Code;

ISPS Code compliance. and will procure that the relevant Manager(s) Manager or any Operator will, with effect from the Delivery Date for a Ship and at all times thereafter: (a) maintain at all times a valid and current ISSC in respect of that each Ship; and; (b) immediately notify the Agent Bank in writing of any actual or threatened withdrawal, suspension, cancellation or modification of the ISSC in respect of a any Ship; and (c) procure that each Ship and any other vessel of the Group will comply at all times with the ISPS Code;

ISPS Code compliance. and will procure that the relevant Manager(s) Technical Manager or any Operator will, with effect from the Delivery Date for of a Ship and at all times thereafterwill: (a) maintain at all times a valid and current ISSC in respect of that such Ship; and; (b) immediately notify the Agent in writing of any actual or threatened withdrawal, suspension, cancellation or modification of the ISSC in respect of a such Ship; and (c) procure that such Ship will comply at all times with the ISPS Code;

ISPS Code compliance. and will procure that the relevant Manager(s) or Manager and/or any Operator will, with effect from the Delivery Date for a Ship and at all times thereafter: (ai) maintain at all times a valid and current ISSC in respect of that Ship; andthe Vessel; (bii) immediately notify the Agent Lender in writing of any actual or threatened withdrawal, suspension, cancellation or material modification of the ISSC in respect of a Shipthe Vessel; and (iii) procure that the Vessel will comply at all times with the ISPS Code;

ISPS Code compliance. and will procure that the relevant Manager(s) Manager or any Operator will, with effect : (a) from the Delivery Date for date when the Mortgage over a Ship is registered and at all times thereafter: (a) , maintain at all times a valid and current ISSC in respect of that such Ship; and; (b) immediately notify the Agent Bank in writing of any actual or threatened withdrawal, suspension, cancellation or modification of the ISSC in respect of any Ship; and (c) procure that, from the date when the Mortgage over a ShipShip is registered and at all times thereafter, such Ship complies with the ISPS Code;

ISPS Code compliance. and will procure that the relevant Manager(s) Manager or any Operator will, with effect from the Delivery Date for a Ship and at all times thereafter: (a) maintain at all times a valid and current ISSC in respect of that each Ship; and; (b) immediately notify the Agent Lender in writing of any actual or threatened withdrawal, suspension, cancellation or modification of the ISSC in respect of a Ship; and (c) procure that each Ship will comply at all times with the ISPS Code;
