Common use of ISIS Diligence Obligation Clause in Contracts

ISIS Diligence Obligation. ISIS agrees to commit the resources set forth in Paragraph 2.4(c) to exert the efforts necessary and reasonable and consistent with its normal business practices to execute and substantially perform its obligations under the Research Plan, to maintain and utilize the scientific staff, laboratories, offices and other facilities consistent with such undertaking and to reasonably cooperate with ZENECA in the conduct of the Research Collaboration.
