Common use of ISAGENIX AUTOSHIP PROGRAMME Clause in Contracts

ISAGENIX AUTOSHIP PROGRAMME. As a convenience, you may participate in our optional Autoship Programme where Isagenix will conveniently deliver your selected Products on a recurring schedule approximately every thirty (30) days. You can select the Products and the monthly processing date for your Autoship Order when you set your Autoship for the first time and can change this choice at any time. You must select at least one Commissionable Product if you want to set up an Autoship Order, but there is no minimum purchase requirement and no requirement to set up an Autoship Order. By participating, you understand that periodic shipments of the Product that you have ordered will occur without any further action by you. You understand that there will be approximately a one (1) month interval between each shipment. You are the only person who is authorised to establish, cancel or change your participation in the Autoship Programme or to authorise others to do so on your behalf. Participating in the Autoship Programme may give you the right to buy Products at further discounted prices. Requested product selection changes must be received by Isagenix at least one (1) business day in advance of the scheduled processing date for your Autoship Order or the changes will not be implemented until the next month.
