Irrigation Schedule Clause Samples

Irrigation Schedule a. All watering shall be performed between the hours of 9:00 PM and 5:00 AM. 1. Exception: Watering in front of Terminal shall be performed between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 5:00 AM.
Irrigation Schedule. The Town will be solely responsible for determining the schedule during which Town customers and SCIC shareholders may draw irrigation water through their connections to irrigate their properties. The Town will consult with the Irrigation Advisory Board when setting and before modifying irrigation schedules, except in cases of emergencies. The Parties recognize that declared local, state or national emergencies, natural disasters, droughts, Virgin River turbidity, and other similar events will justify and may result in the Town reducing or temporarily suspending the delivery of irrigation and secondary water through the Pressurized Irrigation System to Town customers and SCIC shareholders until such events subside. During such events, the Town will, to the extent possible, make equal provision for Town customers and SCIC shareholders. During such events, the Town may also divert water from Hummingbird Well, Big Springs or both for irrigation and secondary water uses.
Irrigation Schedule. The irrigation system shall not interfere with the harvesting of crops on the Premises. The discharge of treated wastewater effluent through the irrigation system shall be at such times when Tenant is not in the process of harvesting crops, said times of harvest to be at the option of Tenant. The Landlord will irrigate when requested by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, as long as weather conditions permit, but the Landlord reserves the right to irrigate if necessary to maintain acceptable levels of treated wastewater effluent in the wastewater treatment system ponds. The Tenant agrees to contact City personnel to determine appropriate harvest times.
