Ireland. If the Customer is a relevant grocery goods undertaking for the purposes of the Consumer Protection Act 2007 (Grocery Good Undertakings) Regulations 2016 then, in respect of the supply of grocery goods by Ornua, the terms of such Regulations shall apply as between Ornua and the Customer and shall be deemed incorporated to the Contract.
