Schedules II, III and IV together list all material Trademarks and Patents in each case registered in the United States Patent and Trademark Office and owned by such Grantor in its own name as of the date hereof, and all material Trademark Licenses and Patent Licenses (including material Trademark Licenses for registered Trademarks and Patent Licenses for registered Patents) owned by such Grantor in its own name as of the date hereof.
