IP Address Allocation Clause Samples

The IP Address Allocation clause defines how internet protocol (IP) addresses are assigned and managed between parties in a contract. Typically, it specifies which party is responsible for providing, maintaining, and possibly reclaiming IP addresses used for network connectivity or services. For example, a service provider may allocate a range of IP addresses to a client for use with hosted servers or applications. This clause ensures clear responsibility for IP address management, preventing disputes over network resources and supporting smooth technical operations.
