If a teacher is removed from a teaching assignment and placed in a nonteaching position the following procedure will be used: The Superintendent shall meet with the teacher involved at least ten (10) working days prior to such action and shall identify and discuss the reasons for the assignment change. The teacher may have an Association representative at this meeting.
