Involuntary Termination Other Than for Cause. If the Consultant’s engagement with RAIN is involuntarily terminated by RAIN in its discretion other than for cause under paragraph 6.02 above, then RAIN shall provide the Consultant with one (1) year written notice of such termination, and during the period commencing the date of such notice and ending one (1) year later, shall continue to pay to the Consultant:
