Involuntary Termination by the Company Other Than For Permanent and Total Disability or For Cause. The Company may terminate the Employee's employment at any time and for any reason by giving him a written notice of termination to that effect at least 45 days before the date of termination. In the event the Company terminates the Employee's employment for any reason other than for Permanent and Total Disability, as provided in Section 7.2, below, or for Cause, as provided in Section 7.3, below, the Employee shall be entitled to the benefits described in Section 10 or Section 11, whichever is applicable.

Involuntary Termination by the Company Other Than For Permanent and Total Disability or For Cause. The Company may terminate the Employee's employment at any time and for any reason by giving him a written notice of termination to that effect at least 45 days before the date of termination; provided, however, that should the reason for termination be performance related and Employee's manager has failed to comply with the Company's Performance Management requirements, then the Employee first shall be afforded a ninety (90) day cure period. In the event the Company terminates the Employee's employment for any reason other than for Permanent and Total Disability, as provided in Section 7.2, below, or for Cause, as provided in Section 7.3, below, the Employee shall be entitled to the benefits described in Section 10 or Section 11, whichever is applicable.
